Taking Responsibility of old debt!

I know I owe a lot of old debt (around $16,000 total) but i don't even know who/where I owe! Believe it or not, after about 10 years of hounding and harrassing, the creditors stopped and i've moved so many times. I TRULY WANT to resolve the debts, but how do i find contact info...and even possibly consolidate?? MLDF: See our pages on debt consolidation and credit card debt!
